Festoon - don't install it
There is a utility called Festoon that allows you to have more than 5 people in a conference call with Skype.
Don't install it.
It asks to begin with who you would like to include in Festoon conversions. Despite only selecting 2 people it chose to tell EVERYONE in my contact list the following message:
Check it out. Now we can see each other on Skype.

I am not very happy. It maybe in beta but this is totally unacceptable.

Beta or not, it's unacceptable for any program to hijack your e-mail account to send out a spam message like that to your contacts. Thanks for the word of warning...
